Challow batted first but struggled to score against accurate bowling. Kieran Beesley bowled a series of unplayable inswingers to take 3 wickets for 7 runs in his 3 overs, including a maiden and a double wicket maiden. Ben Knowles bowled 2 overs, 2 maidens and took a wicket, as well as making a runout. Challow closed on 195. All the Kennington batsmen put on runs, notably Ben Knowles 26 no, Nick Wilks 13 no, and some stylish strokes from Edmund Smith, 9 no. Kennington reached 279, to win by 84 runs.
